Meditation is learning to work with the mind which enhances well-being overall for your Mind, Body and Soul. The Cambridge dictionary defines meditation as “the act of giving your attention to only one thing, either as a religions activity or as a way of becoming calm and relaxed,” or “serious thought or study, or the product of this activity.” So meditation can involve focusing, relaxing, pondering or the expression of these, as in the famed Meditations of Marcus Aurelius, for example.
Meditation is an awareness of oneself and when we meditate, we are dedicating a certain amount of time and effort to being as mindful as we can. You will sit in a comfortable chair upright or on a cushion on the floor, light music will be played to settle your mind and focus on the breath.
Many of us find that the mind does not stay put, or our attention span wanders off and therefore allowing the mind chatter to come back into play. Sound Healing Lotus Academy UK Meditation Sessions are different and each Meditation session you attend, you will find that you will go deeper and deeper into that relaxation state.
Stuart offers Meditation Sessions like no other, the peace, the richness and remaining present is often hard to do, but know that contentedness are true keys to happiness and Stuart will practice a meditation, so that your mind learns how to access the wealth of qualities that already exist within you.
When you are able to access your most essential qualities in life (inner soul), you may have a better sense of how, what and why as to how meditation is key process to this journey of life.

Our minds and bodies are very much connected, and if we are unhappy for an extended time, your bodies become weaker and more susceptible to illness. The same way you can become physically run down, which adversely affects our minds.
